Voices Swell Return & Refund Policy
At Voices Swell, every product is made to order on demand, which means we’re unable to accept returns for orders placed in error or changes of heart. However, if your order arrives with a defect or damage, we’re happy to make it right!
Returns & Replacements
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are:
✔ Misprinted
✔ Damaged during shipping
✔ Defective (e.g., wrong print, incorrect product sent)
If you receive an item with any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:
- Photos clearly showing the defect/damage
- Order number
Send your request to info@voicesswell.com, and we’ll process a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Size & Color Selection
To avoid sizing issues, please refer to our detailed size charts before purchasing. Since all items are custom-made per order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order!
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because our products go into production immediately after an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are processed. Please double-check your order before checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” If you have any concerns, please contact the shipping carrier or consider using a secure delivery address.
